 The complete Cisco Aironet™ 1200 In-Building Site Survey Kit is on display at TerraWave Solution's booth at Networld + Interop in Las Vegas, booth 2958. The Cisco Aironet™ 1200 site survey kit is loaded with accessories crucial to performing a professional site survey. Designed to handle an array of industries and environments such as hospitality, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, education, commercial and military, the kit includes the tools survey engineers need to achieve the coverage and security required of a successful WLAN installation. "One benefit of the site survey kit is its accuracy for planning a wireless network," said Seth Rosenthal, project engineer for Verizon Network Solutions Group. "The kit worked quite well in enabling us to present the customer with a very detailed site survey evaluation. Also, the custom case interior is excellent for keeping track of equipment and remaining organized for the next site survey." Together, WLAN technicians from TerraWave Solutions and Cisco Systems developed a site survey kit to simplify and enhance the site survey process. Each kit contains access points, adapter cards, several antennas, cables, two site survey battery packs, mounting brackets, attenuator, measuring wheel, duct tape, zip ties, Velcro, colored tape, pens and mounting location markers. These products are contained in a travel case with custom foam cut outs for each item. The kit is now available in three main versions: Totally Loaded, Semi-Loaded or TerraWave Components Only. "We decided to offer more than one site survey kit in the event technicians already have components to be inserted into the kit," said Chris Marco, president of TerraWave Solutions.
